A key area of design
& build projects is the link between the client, the design & build
contractors, and the design team to ensure that all aspects meet the
client's needs and to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
The ability of S.I. Chartered Building Surveyors
to act as designers enables the client's needs to be interpreted correctly
and, of key importance, in a cost-effective way.
The company is able to co-ordinate other
professional consultants to advise the client though all stages of design
and development. This includes the issuing of interim valuations in the
form of RICS Certification and Completion Certificates, issued on the
satisfactory completion of all snagging items, prepared by the company
during the defects period.
