S.I. Chartered Surveyors began work on the new Retail Centre during 2000, but this is not the first time proprietor Stuart Ingleston has worked for Dreamland.

Whilst working with Anderson Surveyors, Stuart was responsible for the redesign, expansion, and refurbishment of the Dreamland site. Dreamland's main building, facing the Margate seafront, is grade II listed and began life one of the first Odeon cinemas in the UK.

Previous work by Stuart Ingleston includes the refurbishment of the main entrance ('The Mall'), development of the new western ride site, and design of the Crazy Golf course. Click the images below to see the full-sized images:
