Between 1986 and 1998, Dockspeed Limited was one one of the UK's leading international carrier of temperature contolled products; nominated 'International Operator of the Year' by Motor Transport Magazine in 1996 and 1998; also taking the 'Haulier of the Year' trophy in 1998.

S.I.Chartered Surveyors co-ordinated the development of Dockspeed's £multi-million distribution complex, comprising office building, triple-chamber cold-storage facility, diesel service area, and commercial vehicle and staff parking areas.
